After the climate ambassadors surveyed residents in Northeast Houston, CEER established its primary policy goal: to develop a holistic home weatherization and retrofit program that helps residents have safe and healthy homes by improving energy efficiency and reducing energy use. Our campaign connects the dots between the climate crisis and health by working with health partners.
