TCE is working alongside frontline communities and coalition partners who oppose Avina Ammonia. We’re focused on educating the community on the potential dangers of an ammonia facility in the area in effort to apply pressure to Robstown ISD to not grant Avina a 403 tax abatement. Tax abatements to facilities that pollute and harm communities are morally bankrupt, and we will continue to advocate and educate to prevent Avina from gaining their 403 tax abatement.
